Circuit Training

Circuit Training will increase fitness levels and promote weight loss. This is a 45 minute class of cardio and body conditioning training which is achieved by moving quickly from one exercise station to another. If you are training for something specific such as a running event, this is the ideal cross training workout, equally anyone looking to lose weight and shape up will benefit from this class.

 

Improvers Running Group

This group will suit anyone who can run for 30 minutes or more and wants to improve their fitness levels and running stamina. The sessions will be varied to help build running confidence and the develop the ability to run for longer and faster.

Exercising with a group of like minded people can be very motivational and help to improve performance and build self confidence in running.

We will leave Station Road Car Park at 7.00 sharp on a Tuesday evening and sessions will usually last 30 - 45 minutes. The cost is £2.50 per session.
