Cancer Research Race for Life 2008
A team of 7 of us ran this years Race for Life in Campbell Park and raised a total of £300 for Cancer Research.
On your Bike 2008 – a 12 mile Bike Ride round Milton Keynes for Cancer Research UK
This is an annual event for which I help conduct the aerobic warm up and then ride the 12 mile circuit, completing it this year in 1 hour 3 minutes.
