We Survived Fitness Bootcamp
New year always brings the resolution to get fit, lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle but despite best efforts something often gets in the way of this.
However not for those who signed up for Fitness Bootcamp, a four week intensive exercise programme designed to improve fitness levels and encourage a healthy lifestyle
For the month of January, these dedicated individuals got themselves out of bed every Monday and Thursday morning at 6.30, come, snow or rain and gave me their full motivation.
The big question is, does it work, was it worth it and would it work for me?

What was the best part about your Fitness Bootcamp?
