Weddings
I understand that your wedding day is one of the most important in your life and you want to look and feel amazing. Your nails and make up are the finishing touches to your dress and you want them to be perfect.
Make up
There are various reasons why brides like to have someone to do their nails and make-up. Some are unsure what colours to use and how to apply the products, others may be too nervous or just want to be pampered on their special day.
As the bride, whatever your reasons are for choosing me to do your make up, I can help you to create a beautiful look and we will work together to ensure it is the look you want, the products feel right and will last throughout the day.
The Trial
I recommend your trial takes place 6 – 8 weeks prior to your big day, within daylight hours; this will last approximately 2 hours. We will start with a discussion about your wedding theme, colours, flowers and your ideas about how you want to look on the day.
I will also undertake a product check for skin sensitivity and any allergies etc. and then try out a look from what we have discussed.
Trials are also available for bridesmaids and the mother of the Bride/Groom.
On the day
On the day timings will have been planned in advance so I can start on the first person promptly.
It is recommended that a Bride's make up be done after her hair.
I will stay until after the Bride is dressed to ensure everything is OK before you leave for the ceremony.
Nails
I can help you to make the most of your natural nails for your wedding day.
Several regular manicures are recommended leading up to the big day to improve your hands and nails, so they look their very best to show off your wedding ring.
